1. If you are not satisfied, please call us at 800-807-3523 and give us a chance to get the service working to your satisfaction.
2. You must request a refund within 14 days of delivery. We use tracking numbers from USPS, FedEx, and UPS to confirm delivery of the unit.
3. Only hardware refunds are eligible. Your modem and SIM kit are eligible for a refund. No other fees, shipping, activation, or monthly service charges are eligible for a refund.
4. All Hardware must be returned in its original packaging and have no damage upon receipt.
5. You must pay return postage.
6. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning the devices.If we receive a return from you that is NOT accompanied by a RMA number, you will NOT receive a refund.
