14 Day Return Policy


1. If you are not satisfied, please call us at 800-807-3523 and give us a chance to get the service working to your satisfaction.
2. You must request a refund within 14 days of delivery. We use tracking numbers from USPS, FedEx, and UPS to confirm delivery of the unit.
3. All Hardware must be returned in its original packaging and have no damage upon receipt.
4. You must pay return postage.
5. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to returning the devices.If we receive a return from you that is NOT accompanied by a RMA number, you will NOT receive a refund.
6. If you cancel your account within the 14 day period AND get a RMA, we will refund your account activation fee. This refund will NOT be processed until we receive all equipment in new condtion and in its original packaging. At no time will shipping fees, modem rental fees, or monthly service charges be refunded.
